TERMS OF SERVICE / FAQ

General

• Prices are subject to change at any time• I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.• I may take payment up front through PayPal invoices, or take payment after an initial sketch is made - I do not physically ship finished digital work. Traditional fursuit badges will be shipped.• You cannot use my art for commercial use unless specified when you first order (I may add a one-time fee or ask for more details). Personal use, such as printing stickers, acrylic charms, or buttons for yourself, is allowed.• I retain rights to use any art I create for examples, portfolios, etc.• Reposting your commissions are alright with a link/credit in a description or caption.

DURING COMMISSIONS

• Deadlines: I will almost always get an art commission done in a month or less, but if you need an exact deadline for any reason, let me know! I may charge extra depending on how soon and my fursuit schedule.• You can see which commissions I am working on via my art Trello board. Please refer to it if you want to check progress before messaging me or otherwise.• I do not always work in order; it will be noted on my Trello or I will contact you directly if there are any changes.• Requesting a refund after a completed commission will result in an instant blacklist. If you request a refund when a commission has already been started, we can negotiate a partial refund but you will not receive a high resolution copy of whatever I have already completed.• If I cannot complete some items or am extremely delayed in any expected dates, I may offer a partial refund with the completed commission.

DESIGN PERMISSIONS

• First and foremost: If you own a design I created, I DO NOT CARE WHAT YOU DO WITH IT! This rule applies for designs that come with a fursuit AND adoptables. Redesign, trade, etc. to your heart's content.• Designs I make should be credited to me at least once (ex. on Instagram, Toyhou.se, etc.)
do not remove my credits if a character is redesigned, even drastically.• If you intend to use my designs for commercial purposes with your own art (merch, stickers, pins, etc.); I will expect/ask for public credit under my username on any items with said character.• Selling a design by me that you did not purchase is not permitted. If you have added artwork to a design, you may resell it for whatever you want. Do not profit off of my work when you have added little to it.• Drawing not safe for work (NSFW) material of designs made by me is allowed (except in the case of ferals or depicted as underage, that'd make me deeply uncomfortable)
